WWE.com have an article up looking at the Evolution Of Trish Stratus, from her time of being a valet to finally stepping in the ring. Mickie is featured from her time as Trish’s biggest fan. Read about it below:

Trish Stratus had a legion of loyal fans in the WWE Universe. None was more loyal than Mickie James. Showing up in WWE toward the end of 2005, the bubbly brunette would do anything to earn the favor of her idol. James dressed up as Trish for Halloween and helped her retain the Women’s Championship on several occasions. Eventually, James’ hero worship began to border on obsession. Trish tried to let Mickie down gently, but the unstable Diva couldn’t handle the rejection, turning on her idol.

After James defeated Trish for the Women’s Title at WrestleMania 22, Stratus found comfort in the arms of Carlito. The charismatic Superstar from the Caribbean wasn’t only a cool boyfriend, but he also ended up being a great tag team partner, too. Trish and Carlito teamed up to take on Johnny Nitro & Melina and Edge & Lita in exciting Mixed Tag Team Matches.

When Mickie James debuted in 2005, the lovely Diva quickly caught the attention of the WWE Universe with her unpredictable behavior and southern beauty. She was an excellent in-ring competitor, too, as evidenced by her victory against Trish Stratus at WrestleMania 22. Rarely seen without a smile on her face, the gorgeous Diva was always cheered whenever her music hit and she made a spirited entrance to the ring.

Before leaving WWE in 2010, Mickie bore the brunt of cruel jokes from Lay-Cool. The confident Diva remained strong in the face of ridicule, however, suggesting anyone who made fun of her was simply jealous of her undeniable good looks

WWE.com has recently added an interesting feature on their website: WWE’s Top 25 List of Dirty Deeds. Michelle McCool & Layla’s treatment of Mickie James made the countdown, coming in at number twenty three. WWE explains the bullying Lay-Cool did to Mickie once she was drafted to SmackDown as they refer to the infamous ‘Old MacDonald’ segment, which aired in November 2009.

The most amusing part of this, however, is what WWE uses to explain Mickie’s exit from the company. They claim she was forced out of WWE by Lay-Cool after all the bullying. Read the piece below:

#23: War Of Words
When Michelle McCool and Layla said they were going to make Mickie James’ life a living hell on SmackDown in late 2009, they weren’t kidding. After cutting up her ring gear with scissors and attacking her in the locker room, Team Lay-Cool did their worst on SmackDown in November of 2009 when they made a video that would permanently scar the southern belle. Creating their own version of the nursery rhyme “Old MacDonald,” the mean girls superimposed Mickie’s face on a swine and christened her “Piggie James.” Sticks and stones? Team Lay-Cool’s cutting words did more damage to James than a Singapore cane ever could. The former Divas Champion may have fought back, but Michelle and Layla’s bullying affected her so deeply that she was gone from WWE within months.

Well, that explains a lot. It only took them a year to come up with this random excuse.

WWE and THQ’s website for SmackDown vs. Raw 2011 has added an official profile page for Mickie James, confirming that she will be in the game.

A couple of weeks ago, an image leaked of Mickie’s character model where was shown backstage with Eve Torres and Matt Hardy. At the time we were unsure if she would be playable or not, looks like our questions have now been answered.

Nice to see Mickie in SmackDown vs. Raw for one last time. Her model came out nicely and unlike last year’s game, they actually updated her titantron! Nice work, THQ.

A picture leaked via a German website reveals that Mickie James will be part of WWE’s upcoming SmackDown vs. Raw 2011 video game.

In the picture, James can be seen with former Divas Champion, Eve Torres.

Motion capturing for these video games takes place way in advance (nearly a year before the game is released), so it makes sense that Mickie made the cut prior to her release in April.

However, it has not been confirmed if James is only a backstage character or is actually playable.
